Below are the rules of the road for the American Classic Homes FREE Moving Truck:

• There is a $2500 deductible for our vehicle insurance company which you are responsible to pay out of your pocket should anything unexpected happen to the vehicle while in your possession.

• Only customers with a HUD closing statement and buying or selling with American Classic Homes, our employees, and employees of Non-Profit Charitable and Community Organizations are covered by our insurance policy.  Your personal automobile insurance coverage does not apply to this vehicle because of the its size and weight.

• Truck must be returned with a *FULL* tank of unleaded gas.

• 24-hour FREE rental and $100 per day thereafter up to a maximum of 3 days (at our discretion).

• Driver is responsible for any and all damage to vehicle while in your possession.  You will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to your departure so you may note prior damage, if any.  All damage to the vehicle that is not noted will be assumed to have been caused by you and you will be responsible to reimburse us for the actual cost of the repairs.

• Driver must be 25 years of age or older and under no circumstances is anyone other than the driver named on the rental contract to operate the vehicle.

• Driver must have a valid drivers license from any state in the United States and provide us with a photocopy for the license prior to departure.

• Driver must have current personal automobile insurance coverage and provide us with a photocopy of their insurance card for verification prior to departure.

• Truck must remain geographically within King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties (unless otherwise authorized) and is under no circumstances to be driven out of the State of Washington.

• Absolutely no food, beverages, or smoking in the cab of the vehicle.

• Truck is not to be driven in adverse weather or road conditions such as heavy rain, snow, or ice.

• We reserve the right to offer customers a reimbursement of up to $100 towards an alternative moving vehicle (U-Haul, Ryder etc.) at our discretion.  Customer must provide us a photocopy of the receipt from the rental company prior to reimbursement.

• Truck use is only for our retail residential owner-occupied clients only and is not a benefit for our investor, commercial, or rental clients.

• Additional terms and conditions could apply and will be brought to your attention before you sign the truck rental contract.

This truck may also be available FREE to local Community and Charitable Organizations.  Call for more info.  Subject to availability.  Truck will be scheduled on a first come first served basis with priority given to our clients.  One free charitable rental per year per charity for use only by the organization for business purposes (i.e. moving offices, moving items to a charity auction site, etc) and is not intended for use by the organization's end users (customers, patients, etc.).
